Small Business Saturday

Join us at Peaceful Side Social on November 30th to celebrate small business with us! There will be live music from 4:30-7:30pm, specials on food and retail all day, samples of our sweet treats, and we will be debuting our KABA (Knoxville Area Brewers Association) collaboration beer for the Higher Calling beer project supporting hurricane relief — Porter of the Storm. Knoxville Area Brewers Association 2024 Collaboration Beer Release – Porter in the Storm

Stormy explosions of righteous roastiness sail perilously atop waves of resinous hop bitterness. A crew of baker’s chocolate sway to and fro, while a canvas of caramel candies with patches of dark fruits are hoisted overhead. The journey was dark, yet everything arrives safely at port with a clean finish from a carefully crafted balance of malt, hops, and weeks of cold conditioning.

Every year, our members gather together to brew as a community. This year, we’re also glad to announce that KABA will be donating to the East Tennessee Hurricane Helene Relief fund through the East Tennessee Foundation. Typically some of the money generated through the collaboration helps fund some parts of KABA’s endeavors, but this year, 100% of that money is being funneled toward this cause to help rebuild the lives of our neighbors and East Tennessee community.
