Yoga will be held on Saturday’s from 11am – Noon beginning April 2nd!**

Jenny Monaghan is a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified instructor since 2018. She teaches a slow flow class for all levels of experience, and features lots of juicy stretches, core strength and balancing poses.
